Fraser Bolwell is the consummate professional. Having bought and sold numerous houses over the years I can say without reservation that he is a cut above any of the other agents with whom I have been associated.
Visiting Jacksonville last summer, he and his wife, an equally knowledgeable and personable Realtor, spent an entire day showing us properties and driving us all around the area to familiarize us with the various subdivisions. We ultimately settled on a high-rise condo. Until the final lease was signed, we had gone through three separate contracts, one a contract for sale (at a surprisingly low price), all remotely. With each, Fraser spent an inordinate amount of time not only with the paperwork but guided us thorough of the all of the myriad details, was present at each inspection, videotaped the property and even measured each room for us.
Who does this? No number of superlatives can adequately describe Fraser’s professional competence, not to mention his infectious sense of humor. Whether as a seller’s or a buyer’s agent Fraser Bolwell merits my strongest possible recommendation.

Signed, sealed, delivered! A friend told me to contact Fraser just to get an idea of the lay of the land at a condo property. I knew I loved the place but didn't really know what I wanted. Fraser Made the rest of the magic happen! He showed me several places as I honed in on my ideas. Finally finding the most perfectly suited floor plan WITH A VIEW! He then proceeded to walk my amateur self through the entire processor making an offer, getting it inspected, coordinating with the seller AND the lender. And BUYING my dream. I felt like I was in such good hands - both my investment and my vision were safe. He encouraged me when I was doubting myself and applauded me when I pulled the trigger. And now he is a great friend who I think everyone should work with!
